In just a week one of Belize’s largest festivals will be opening here in San Pedro: Lobster Fest! Celebrating the start of lobster season, the streets of San Pedro come alive during the festival marked with live music, street parties, a variety of activities, and of course, lobster!
The festivities will begin with a Lionfish tournament on Thursday the 13th at Estele’s with lobster season opening on the 15th. Celebrate with an all-day beach party at Secret Beach on Sunday, or dine at any number of the participating restaurants. Lobster Fest finishes on June 22nd with the annual block party complete with steel drums, dancing, competitions, and more.
