This hotel's location is great. Many shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. A couple of things to note:
-the charter companies start their boat engines very early in the morning.
-there are no blackout curtains.
All of the staff are very friendly, and a special thank you to Natalie 🙂

The staff were super friendly and polite, the assisted us in getting gold carts, food and other needs as the trip was a last minute one. Great Beach Front Room We really enjoyed this room. We stayed for three weeks and it made a nice home away from home. It was comfortable and clean. The location is right on the beach and close to lots of restaurants and shops. Amazing place Poeple that work there are really friendly and safe. If i go in belize another time, its defenitly where i will take my reservation. Thanks again for everybody who work there and specially to the gard for the night bécasse is really protective over us and he want to make sure that everybody have à good time and is safe.

This place is a gem. The staff are fantastic!! Friendly, helpful, they go out if their way for service . The location is priceless. The water taxi parks in front of the hotel. You're in the middle of town. No need to rent a golf cart. The rooms are a little dated but very clean and well attended to. I will be back.

For what you pay you can’t beat the location if you want to be close to all the dining options. Although, being in the center of town……there is a ton of traffic. Lots of golf carts. The hotel itself is older but very clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating if needed. We loved our stay here. Very close to water taxi, airport, and so many restaurants and bars! We loved our balcony right on the water and the hammock they provided for it as well! Our bed was comfy and AC was great, but the ocean breeze was amazing as well. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
