Terms & Conditions
- Nightly rates are in $USD and are subject to 9% hotel tax and 10% service charge.
- Rates are based on double occupancy.
- $20 per night for each additional guest over the age of 12 per suite, plus tax and service charge.
- Up to two children 12 years old and younger may share their parents’ room at no extra charge, provided that no extra bedding is required.
- Maximum occupancy of 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children per suite.
- Discounts are available for large groups, as well as long stays in low season. Please contact us for details.
- Check in time is 2:00 pm. Rooms are not guaranteed to be ready prior to that time.
- Check out time is 11:00 am. Later departure is only possible if space is available.
- Pets are not permitted.
- Smoking is not permitted in any of the suites.
Reservation Policy
- Full payment is required at the time of booking for reservations made within 30 days of arrival.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Reservations are fully refundable up until 30 days of the scheduled check-in date.
- Reservation are non-refundable if cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival. 100% of the total reservation amount is forfeit.
- No refunds or credits will be issued for No Shows, Late Arrivals, or Early Departures.
- Cancellations due to reasons beyond a guest’s control, including inclement weather and Acts of God, are not exempt from the cancellation policy.
